Free Shipping: Free shipping is available on qualifying orders shipped within the applicable service area. Shipping eligibility and minimum order requirements may vary depending on the destination and order details.

Most new and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet our return requirements. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where applicable.
If an item was shipped incorrectly, arrived damaged, or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible. When the issue is confirmed to be our error, US Surgical Instruments will assist with the appropriate return or replacement process.

✚ Surgical instruments that have been sterilized cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, as sterilization changes the condition of the product   and may affect its eligibility for resale.
✚ Products with confirmed manufacturing defects may qualify for a replacement or repair in accordance with our warranty policy.
✚ Custom-made, modified, personalized, or specially ordered instruments may be subject to different return conditions.
